 Class Details

This is not a peep show, so please don't waste our time. Those who come are focused on their existing yoga practice or creating a new one. You will certainly be nervous the first few classes (most people are), but try to focus on your breath as it should help to bring you a bit more calmness.

The instructor will have no issues asking someone to leave for inappropriate behaviour. Fortunately, this has not needed to happen. All is welcome!

I think the success of a yoga class is a direct reflection of the instructor (sorry I don’t know your name!) but last night was wonderful. The attention to detail was amazing, from the lighting, set up, music to the intensity and levels offered throughout the class . It was a damn good yoga class and exactly what I didn’t know I needed. Needlessly to say I will be back :)
What a liberating and energizing way to do yoga, the nerves fade away after the first few minutes allowing complete focus in the mind and body
I found the pace a little quick for my first time. The class size of 8 was great, wouldn’t have wanted it any bigger. The mood, temperature and atmosphere was all just right and doing it with the freedom of not wearing clothing topped it off as being a really great experience.
I like the freedom of nude yoga, the numbers in the
men’s class I feel is just right and not too cramped, I might try the coed later on.
