To remove self judgement, you first need to free yourself of all judgements

Hello Yogi's & Yogini's,

These long weekends can allow us time to relax, catchup on projects at home or in last weekends example, show remembrance to our service members.

This extra can also allow our minds to overthink, which can sometimes bring up feelings of self-judgement, fears and even vulnerabilities This demonstrates the true power of the mind and how difficult it can be to control our thoughts. However, it is still very possible to control!

Join our Mens Yoga class every Tues from 6pm-7pm and allow your practice to strengthen you both physically and mentally. We all have insecurities and fears, but when we change our thinking, we change everything. Read one of my favourite quotes below that still inspires me to practice controlling my own fears and insecurities.

Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny.”

Refer or bring your friend to our Tuesday night class and get yourself in for free at the next class you attend! When your friend signs up as a new yogi on, ask them to list your name and I will take care of the rest.

Lastly, I've been working on gaining interest for either a women's only or coed style class. I've created a group called Women's Coed Yoga and you can register your interest at As soon as I have a enough interest, I will get a class scheduled.
